Plan Quality Unit

The Plan Quality and Publications section’s mission is to optimize project constructability and performance while mitigating costs. The Plan Quality Unit works in conjunction with Publications to provide in-depth constructability reviews to help the department produce high-quality, standardized construction plans that conform to DOTD's manuals, guidelines, specifications and other publications.
