Quality and Continuous Improvement Program
DOTD continues to be committed to employing industry standards and following best management practices in pursuing continuous improvement and organizational change. The Quality and Continuous Improvement Section is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement that promotes accountability, performance based measures, collaborative communication and support for all programs, teams and projects throughout the department.
This section supports DOTD’s vision, mission and values by supporting leadership in manifesting a culture of accountability and implementing positive change management strategy through strategic planning, business analytics, reporting, peer exchanges, ad hoc projects and executive management support.
The goals of QCIP are to provide quality customer service to DOTD sections, efficiently assess business practices, provide process improvement options to DOTD leadership and support transformation efforts.
