The Louisiana State Freight Plan provides the state with a blueprint for facilitating continued economic growth through a comprehensive, multimodal strategy for ensuring the safe, efficient, resilient and equitable movement of goods necessary to support Louisiana’s growing population and essential supply chains. The Commodity Flow Dashboard is an analysis and visualization tool developed to provide information on commodity type, tonnage, origin, destination, value, mode of transport and cost at the parish, regions and statewide levels.
