Coordination Information

The Louisiana Statewide Human Services Transportation Coordination Plan (HSTCP) is designed to improve mobility for individuals with limited transportation options, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those living below the poverty threshold.  Through collaboration between the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD), Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs), human service agencies, and transportation providers, the plan identifies strategies to optimize resources, expand access, and enhance the efficiency of transit services statewide.

This updated plan provides a data-driven analysis of current transportation challenges, highlights successful coordination efforts, and identifies gaps in service.  It also incorporates input from key stakeholders to develop prioritized strategies for improving accessibility and mobility
