Description:

The $125.6 million project modifies the existing Loyola ramps and added two elevated flyover ramps for access to and from New Orleans. The project also adds auxiliary lanes along I-10 between Loyola Drive and Williams Boulevard. On the ground level, Loyola Drive adjacent to I-10 was modified to become the state's first Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) to be opened to traffic. The DDI and the two flyovers were open to traffic fall 2023.
