Construction of the full interchange at LA 1 near LA 988 (Beaulieu Lane), transition from LA 1 interchange to a two-lane (single lane each direction) along the LA 415 Southbound roadway, construct the LA 415 SB bridge over ICWW, transition to full interchange improvements and LA 415/I-10.
