DOTD's Innovative Procurement Section is committed to enhancing the state's transportation infrastructure through strategic alternative contracting methods, including Construction Management at Risk, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build and Public-Private Partnerships.

Our mission is to identify, evaluate and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency, mitigate risk and maximize value for Louisiana's transportation projects. The section strives to foster collaboration throughout DOTD's divisions and with external stakeholders, ensuring that transportation solutions meet the highest standards of technical, financial and operational feasibility.
