The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development now uses the subcontractor payment functionality of the AASHTOWare  Project™ application to document payments to approved subcontractors. Please be advised that all subcontractor payments to DBE's must be submitted through this process. If your firm does not already have an account please register at the account link below.
