OPEN HOUSE PUBLIC MEETING

US 61 SUPERSTREET: LOWES AT LA 44 ROUNDABOUT (H.015101)

ASCENSION PARISH

The Ascension Parish Government, in coordination with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD), is conducting an OPEN HOUSE public meeting for the proposed roundabout on LA 44 at Lowe’s Avenue.

The purpose of this meeting is to give information and obtain input from interested parties. Representatives from Ascension Parish, Meyer Engineers, LTD, and LADOTD will be available to answer questions and discuss issues related to the project. In addition, a station will be set up to display information concerning the project.

The public meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, from 5:00-7:00 PM at the following location:

Gonzales, LA 70737

Attendees may submit written comments at the meeting. Comments may also be mailed to the Ascension Parish Government at the address provided. Comments must be post marked by August 6, 2025, to be included in the transcript of this meeting.
